Payment, Cancellation, & Rescheduling Policy
All reservations require full payment at the time of booking. Regular events require a minimum of 24-hour notice for rescheduling. Less than a 24-hour notice will be subject to a rescheduling fee.
We DO NOT issue refunds; we will gladly reschedule your booking for a later date and time.
Participants should arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled time to allow for check-in and maximum throwing time and escape room gameplay.
Late arrivals will NOT be granted additional time from their reserved time.
We do not provide refunds for any reason. Intoxicated participants will be asked to leave and no refunds or rescheduling will be permitted.

NO REFUNDS
No refunds for late arrivals, no-shows, or cancellations. Strict adherence to the schedule is required.
CHECK-IN
Check-in is 15 minutes prior to booking time to allow time for briefs and rules video.
CHANGES TO BOOKING
Changes to bookings allowed up to 24 hours in advance.
NO SHOWS
No-shows are defined as failing to arrive within 15 minutes of the scheduled booking time. No-shows result in game cancellation and fees are NOT refunded.
LATE ARRIVALS
Late arrivals lead to reduced game time. The game starts at the booked time, not when you arrive. Your game is over when your allotted time runs out, regardless of the group’s tardy beginnings. Stay sharp and timely.
