By participating in Split Oak Axescape Games, you agree to our terms and safety guidelines. Participants must meet minimum age requirements; those under legal age need an adult. We may refuse service to anyone not complying with these terms or behaving disruptively. Participants are responsible for their actions and belongings. By participating, you waive claims against us for injury or damage during your visit. Terms may be updated; it's your responsibility to stay informed.

By signing up for a membership with Split Oak Axescape Games, you agree to be enrolled in an automatic recurring monthly payment and are agreeing to the terms and conditions. The list price is subjected to tax, and each session is limited to one hour of gameplay. Guest co-pay is limited to ONE NEW guest per month. It is your responsibility to cancel a membership 30 days in writing BEFORE being charged the recurring bill for the next month.
